what happened? he signed LOI last year but i dont see him on the roster?

Failed to qualify in the Big 12, ended up at South Fl where he originally signed out of high school. A lot of guys last year signed LOI's and never made it on to our roster, happens every year.


EDIT: After looking at USF's roster he is not listed on it, but here is the article that said he was going to end up there.
