Former Cyclone Jay Niemann was named an assistant at Iowa. I may still have the newspaper clipping somewhere from when his recruiting class signed with ISU.

Why do I feel old all of a sudden?

This is his 4th job in 2019. That is insane lol
Wow

It’s been a busy few months for Niemann. He was not retained by Rutgers coach Chris Ash following last year’s 1-11 season, during which Ash assumed greater control of the defense down the stretch to solid results. Niemann initially signed on as an analyst under new Kansas coach Les Miles, only to change gears and return to an on-field position as Wyoming’s linebackers coach. Niemann got through spring practice with the Cowboys, but now he’s on the move again to Iowa City.
