It has been updated. At the time this thread was posted, it said he attended ISU.

in that first article one of the neighbors says the guy was really weird and had been so since November. Though I don't think you can call the cops on "he's weird".

That's why the NSA has the right to tap into everything you own, to save us all from the awkwardness of calling cops on people "being weird."
