Was a really fun season! Looking forward to the 2025 season.

Tougher schedule with ASU and BYU at home, CU on the road, and K-State as a neutral site game.

The Kstate game scares me the most. It’s not just neutral, it’s a different country. A lot of odd variables. Also, a loss that early in conference hurts.

It's a weird schedule next year. Starting out in Ireland and having to go to Arkansas State. Will they be decent again next year or did they lose everyone? What's the tougher non-con game, Arkansas St on the road or Iowa at home? If they return everyone I could see it being Arkansas State. I feel like Kirk is heading to his final phase of sending the Iowa football program into the tank like ol raisin face did in his final few years.

I think my biggest concern with the KState game is the timing. Under Campbell we haven't been the fastest out of the starting blocks to the season.
But it’s a conference game, so I’m guessing we will be ready. We also have a two year starter at qb, seasoned vets at running back, and a lot of returning starters on defense. I think we will win 31-23.

Iowa at home is tougher....we haven't beaten Iowa in Ames since 2011...that hurts to even type out.

Arkansas State is not "good"....sure they made a bowl game, but that game was a sleep walk for our team and they only scored one touchdown and it was in garbage time. I know people are scarred from the Ohio loss back in 2023 but we should win on the road at Arkansas State 100% of the time.

They should rank everyone based on their payroll. like Iowa state spent 600k in NIL so they will be ranked 8th. That would be fun.
