I am so thankful CW is not like JM. JM is so unprofessional over there on hawknation. You know it's bad when the owner of the site starts melting down.

Keep up the good work Chris!

Someone get Jon Miller on the horn. I'd like to discuss this undefeated season talk again.

I'd like he an Deace to tell me again how Iowa would go 10-2 against ISU's schedule. That's the most comical thing I've ever heard either of them spew. Iowa going 10-2 against ISU's schedule this year is as ridiculous as picking ISU football to go 11-1 or ISU basketball to go 38-0.

I will say: the Big 10 PR department has awesome commercials. I was really impressed with the "Game of Thrones"-style map of the campuses.

Anything to distract from the football that is worse than the ACC with clear separation.

Did he really say that?

Iowa might not have sucked as much as we did against NDSU. But I doubt they would have beaten Baylor, Kansas State, or Oklahoma State.

This. We should be thankful we have CW as a face of the fanbase.

Yes they did a podcast where they picked Iowa and ISU vs. each other's schedules. Both of them were very confident of Iowa going 10-2 vs. ISU's schedule meaning 3-2 vs ranked teams with no slip ups against unranked teams all year. For those keeping track they lost to two unranked teams and have yet to play a ranked team, let alone FIVE.

Deace also thought Michigan was going to be good. Anybody still buying the idea that Deace knows anything about football is mistaken. I'm no football guru but I don't know if I've ever been as off in a prediction as Iowa going 10-2 this year vs a hypothetical top 5 schedule and Michigan being awesome this year.

I don't mind that JM melts down or is a huge homer. I just laugh at that stuff. What bothers me about him is how seriously he takes himself. Outside of being super boring or idiotic, that's about the only thing that turns me off a talking head. There's thousands of talking heads out there. Your opinions aren't that important or special. Just have some humility about it.

The fact that he tells his minions complete idiocy like Iowa would go 10-2 against ISU's top 5 SOS schedule is part of the reason so many Iowa fans are so deluded and have to invent fantasies about superbowls when ISU beats them. If you browse their boards a lot of them truly think the Big Ten is tougher than the Big 12...at football.

And don't try and claim to be fair. Jon likes to think that he is fair and likes Iowa State, etc. His true colors come out when Iowa loses to Iowa State and he'll start mouthing off about Super Bowl. Or when Iowa State hires Fred Hoiberg and he spends a lot of time knocking him for taking transfers.

Jon is nothing more than an Iowa fan version of myself. Completely and totally biased without a whole lot of knowledge.

I just happened to come across the post game show on the radio. Nothing but excuses for the team and congratulating players on individual performances.

Sorry to say, i think iowa would finish at least middle of the pack in the big 12... no chance at the top, but definitely not any lower than 7th.

Yeah you are smoking Crack though or buying to much of the bs your hawk buddies are selling. Not sure who the would beat other than kansas.

Minnesota that struggled to get a first down when they played a big 12 team.

You mean the (overheard by hawk fans at a bar during the tcu Baylor game) "team that has no defense" or "any that lets Baylor score 61 points on them does not deserve to be ranked" or the "arena ball team".

Anyone who believes that has a lot of problems already and you should probably cut them some slack ;D
Us Iowa fans have enough on our plates, did you see the game? I wish I hadn't. Can't ever un-see that turd.

Yes, but against a team that is now looking like a Top 10 team. I was mocking the Gophers after that loss but I am now appreciating how ******* good the Froggies look. We are a lot like the Gophers and might just look like them when we play TCU. TCU = fast fast and ISU/Gophers = a step too slow.

Yeah but unfortunately if you carved our conference into halves there's no division we could possibly be leading. Holding tcu to 30 actually looks impressive now but Minnesota would have been better off just quick punting on offense all game.
