So this is 95% of what I eat at a Chinese buffet. So I'm probly not the one to ask.

Breaded shrimp. Lots of shrimp
Crab Rangoon again heavy dose
Fried biscet/ doughnuts
Bowl of hot and sour soup add soy and mustard
Soft serve ice cream use soup bowl

If I order Chinese I get Ye Shang beef but it's never a buffet option.
No beef and broccoli or any of the thousand chicken options? I like the mustard move

traipsing thru the treetops
Coconut Shrimp too. It is so rich and so tasty, I get sugar rush woozy just thinking about those delicious little crustaceans swimming in super-saturated coconut sauce.
You're talking to the wrong person here. I despise coconut, the odor, the flavor, the texture...GAG!!!

Coconut shrimp and fried tofu with curried vegetables used to be in my locale buffet...'til it went belly up.

I like dim sum more than buffets because I've seen people's buffet behavior

"Chinese" food for the American candy bar palate.

Make it sweet and fried,......mmmmmmmm good,

And buffet hygenics.
