Looking at the video here is the best break down I can give. The clock started about .2 seconds late on the play, the light went off about .1 or .2 before the clock hit 0.00, the shot got off about a tenth of a second after the light went off but right about exactly when the clock hit zeros. So I got out a stop watch and starting at the catch and stopping at the release, the very best estimate I can get is 1.8 seconds give or take a few hundredths. However, should be kept in mind they tied it on a phantom foul, it was known there was no review for the game, and its not like Creighton had the lead so best case for them is going to overtime (a fifty fifty proposition at most).

I've been trying to remember a game like that in Mac's time here that we won.
I know we won an OT game last year vs. Houston, but I also remember last year vs. UNI, a couple of years ago vs. Hawaii, and some other last-second heartaches.
Was there one like this with Greg that we won?
Oh, and Fred is 2-0 against the Missouri Valley.

Oh, I am sorry. Yeah, we should be thanking him for making ISU basketball mostly unwatchable for four years, and for having the worst conference record in ISU history. All this while running off both fans and players, and getting paid millions to do it. Yep, we should be getting a statue of the guy ready.

Well one thing to remember is there is a reason that Matt P. is in DSM now. He had a show on 590 in Omaha for many years which was cancelled. On which he laughed at, mocked, and pretty much considered ISU fans second class citizens while he pandered to the Husker crowd. They wouldn't even buy his rubbish though because he is an idiot and is routinely wrong. His ratings were terrible and his show was cancelled. That is why he is in DSM now.
