Not really surprised, I am sure the Big 12 TV availability has put fewer butts in seats.... I also believe the fan-base is not the biggest fan of Holgorsen anymore....
Coal economics play a huge part in the WV economy. That has to be part of what's reflected here with WVU ticket sales. But yes, HDTV has a lot to do with it as well. If you've ever been there, you know it's not an easy drive.
I have not, I do agree with the coal production having economic impact, I work in software and more specifically EMS software that states drive collection standards and WV put a new standard implementation on hold because at the state government level they can't afford it....
