Always a possibility. I guess if I don't feel like sitting around a table discussing my feelings with people I barely know that could make me an ahole.
When you make a big stink about it and get kicked out, yeah.

I may have exaggerated getting kicked out. What I thought was a mandatory thing turned out to be voluntary and I was told I could leave if I wanted to. We were all told that after we'd been there awhile, so I wasn't singled out.

No. The woman who conducted this exercise was the aunt of one of the salesman and she did this for a living. I guess the salesman casually brought her up to the boss and he thought it would be a good idea to hire her to do her thing with us. Only problem was her thing was bullsh!t and I still can't believe I'm the only one who noticed it. The emperor had no clothes.
Yeesh. That is ridiculous then.

Team building is just an excuse to get out of work for the day and go have fun (except usually it’s not fun at all). It does nothing else. There’s no “team building “ going on. But whatevs. It’s the hip thing to do these days kids, everyone is doing it!!!!
