I was already aware of ChatGPT's proclivity towards fabulism but I was still impressed with the completely fake players created. I was a bit surprised at how much it struggled with basic biographical details, given that I assume it's scraping wikipedia, etc. Altho to be fair, the Jack Trice wikipedia page is full of errors as well.

The poem is an example of something it does well - creating plausible works of art that don't require technical knowledge, but there ought to be regulations around the ethics of AI scraping artist websites to create nearly exact clones of an artist's specific style, etc.

Inevitably leads to concepts such as UBI, healthcare, and the antiquated work week. Unfortunately the geriatric members of Congress that are captives of modern plutocrats can't even begin to grasp these concepts, let alone debate them.
