How has Bruce Weber not gotten bulldozed on the court?

Idk how his players handle the constant dancing and pointing up and down the sideline and outside of the coaches box by a mile.

I almost never see his players paying attention to him. He acts like he hasn't coached them everyday all season. It would be practice with him that would be unbearable.
