How bad is Kansas?

I really want to know what people think a comparative team is. I was thinking the 2012 Western Illinois team that we beat 37-3 at Jack Trice and were leading 21-0 at half. Thoughts?

2002 KU team went 2-10 (0-8) including a 45-3 drubbing in Ames and a 64-0 pounding at home vs. KSU. Also lost by 23 at home to Bowling Green. However, they did beat SW Missouri St and Tulsa to avoid the winless season. Pretty sure the '15 Jayhawks are going 0-12

If they played Texas in Lawrence I would hold my breath for a win, but since that game is in Austin I'm thinking 0-12 is all but certain.

Of course there's always 2003 ISU team who ended the season on 10 game losing streak, including 0-8 in conference. Luckily we managed to eke out a win at home over UNI (17-10) and over Ohio, before scoring a measly 71 points in all conference games combined.

I believe that year we never once led a game in conference play... Not even a 3-0 lead.
