Depending on how big you need or what you plan to do with it, the one in the official ISU graphic identity pdf is drawn using vector graphics so it's infinitely sizeable. You can zoom in as much as you want and take a screenshot, although that limits you to the resolution of your screen. You might be able to find a program that can extract it from the pdf and then you really can make it as big as you want with no loss of quality.
