Halloween Costumes

I have a couple early Halloween parties that me and my wife are going to here soon. Does anybody have any good "couple" costume ideas for us, or any good ideas in general?

Great couples costume from a party last year, though some guys may not be too hot on this...

Guy was wearing a Goodwill-era prom dress (and 3 day beard, etc) with a sash that said 'Miss Iowa'. Gal was wearing Goodwill dress also, with a sash that said 'Miss Iowa Runner Up'.

Does anybody have any good "couple" costume ideas for us, or any good ideas in general?

For my wife I painted a box to look like a brick, cut holes for arms and head. I wore a tool belt and other construction garb. Once people figure out that your wife is the brick it takes them a while to figure out "brick layer" but it's good laughs when they do.

Stopped wearing them when I was 11. Dress normal and go laugh at everyone like I do.
