Omaha World Herald article yesterday said his coach compares Wes Eikmeier to Nate Funk or Ben Jacobson. Not bad. Wes met with people from College of Business on Thurday/Friday.
Wes is son of former Fremont Bergan basketball coach. Zach Weigert came from the same school. Iowa State staff told 6-2 Wes to hit the weights. Plays the combo guard already.
Wes had been heavily involved with UNI a year ago and decided to go ISU as he had a chance to play at some of the great programs.

Nate Funk is a potential third team All American for Creighton before he was injured last year.
