I believe Phase II called for the fencing that's around Reiman Gardens to go all the way around the stadium...

There are plans to replace the fence, but not until all the renovations inside are completed, otherwise they would have to remove the fence during construction.

Perfect, thanks for the info. I hope to see something like Ohio Stadium or Notre Dame where you walk into a stadium and not through a fence.
