AMES, Iowa – Iowa State senior softball player Brittany Gomez made history once again on Thursday night when she became the first player in school history to be selected in the National Pro Fastpitch League Draft. Gomez was selected with the No. 28 overall pick in the fifth round by the Pennsylvania Rebellion.
