Ge-Angelo's in Ames

My wife (girlfriend at the time) went there all the time on dates. We lived in new apartments behind the restaurant and would walk there a couple times a month to eat. This was over 10 years ago, and I just remember they had really good and big mozzarella sticks. I agree with everyone else that the staff was always great.

Agree with everyone else that it is a nice place, with good food and service. I definitely prefer this place over Lucullans. Only potenitial knock would be the ambiance if you were trying to impress a date.

I wish they were open a little later. We've never been there but tried a few times after some event. I think they are only open until 9:00 or 10:00.
