The Late Show by Michael Connelly. It's entertaining, which is why I read.

One of my favorite books I've read in the past year is Bucky F*cking Dent by David Duchovny. My wife really liked it, too. It's a novel, not a biography.

What's the last book you read/are reading? Was it good? Premise?

I received The Beastie Boys' autobiography Book for Christmas, and picked it up to read last weekend while on planes. It's great.

Let me know if "Book" is good, I might wanna check into that. I still have a B&N gift card I got for Christmas/birthday, and haven't tapped it yet.

It's fantastic. I have a few chapters yet (it's about 600 pages, and I mostly just read it on planes), but it's really good. Lots from Mike D and Ad-Rock, and some guest chapters from others. It's funny and goofy and everything you'd hope.

The Big Picture by Sean Carroll on the origins of life, philosophy of meaning and explains the universe itself. Big undertaking by Carroll and a little dense; but, it's the type of thing you read once you've read pretty much everything else.
