Friday OT #1 - Bracket Busting

That HAD to hurt! I had them losing in the sweet 16, but also did not guess Murray St would pull a win.
Could be worse, could have had Iowa in the final, like my gf’s dad did.
I'm not sure yet, I'll let you know right before the final four. I'm just in two pools this year with my cousins, and our extended family has the tradition that you pick in two round increments in order to try and keep the scores closer. So at this point we've just picked through the first two rounds.
We're having a "winner's bracket" (where you try to pick every game correctly) and a "loser's bracket" where the goal is to pick every game incorrectly.
In the winner's bracket I have picked 11 games correctly and in the loser's bracket I've picked 6 games correctly

I thought about St Mary's in the Final Four but took Kentucky over them in the E8.
St Mary's maybe looked like the best team yesterday.

So my 4 year old picked every upset correctly yesterday but I don't think her bracket will hold up long as it is a bit anti-chalk with St Peter's and Longwood in the championship. Her big sister basically read the names of the teams and she picked whatever sounded good.
My bracket I have Gonzaga Baylor Arizona and Wisconsin (someone has to upset KU right?) in the Final 4 with Zags over AZ. Got 4 games wrong yesterday with Kentucky and Iowa both the biggest losses as had them in the Elite 8. Have a feeling when all said and done many brackets will be busted up by by sweet 16 this year.

I'm not even a little upset. Once the games begin, I'm pulling for underdogs regardless of what my bracket looks like. Yesterday was full of great games and better results.

I'm in three pools. I have Gonzaga and Arizona in all three, with Gonzaga winning in two.
Downstream I'm pretty lucky so far; haven't lost a single elite 8 team yet, but Kentucky and Connecticut were in my Sweet 16. Accent on "were".

I have 3 brackets - one is CF, I have UK to Final Four and UConn to Sweet 16. I chickened out on Richmond-over-Iowa, my 12-over-5 is UAB. Still a chance I guess!
Another is one w/ only my bro-in-law and me, I have UK winning title. (He has Iowa to Final Four; I have Richmond to Sweet 16 in that).
Also have bracket on ESPN, I rarely pay much attention to that ... i check it after first weekend and see if there's any point in following and having meager hopes crushed even further into the process.
