Wrote today that former Cyclones Naz Mitrou-Long, Jiří Hubálek, Sherron Dorsey-Walker, Dustin Hogue, Tyrus McGee, Zoran Talley and Tre Jackson have won titles around the globe this season (2024-25).

Haliburton and Rasir Bolton are both in the finals of their respective leagues.

Cam Lard one win away from the finals in El Salvador’s Liga Mayor de Baloncesto.

Great read. I can't imagine how much fun it would be to have careers like Clyburn, McGee, Naz or the Babb bros who make significant amounts while traveling all over Europe. Obviously not the NBA but a crazy cool life with the opportunity to fall back to coaching or something else at a young age with a nice bank account

Jared Homan had the all-time European career. Every time you saw him, he was doing something like hosting a party on a yacht in the Mediterranean surrounded by 10 gorgeous, scantily clad women. The dude lived a legal version of The Wolf of Wall Street. Big, big time for a guy who Larry Eustachy once said “Homan came off the bench like someone stole his cow.”

The euro all part is completely different now with technology to stay connected to your people back home and how much those leagues have improved I’d imagine.

Cool info. So many players I didn't realize still are in action, Hubalek being among them (I think he is the "longest-tenured" in that list?).
On this list, yes., easily

Reggie George (played in the 2003-04 and 2004-05 seasons) is still hooping overseas, so, currently I believe he currently the "longest-tenured" Cyclone playing.

Glad the information found you well
