I have a friend in our season ticket group forget his two tickets and I don't think they will be able to get them by tomorrow. Can we stop by the ticket office and cancel the originals and reprint the tickets? Or is he out of luck?

Thanks.

Stop by the ticket office and they will get you new tickets. They will make you mail back the orginals.

Yes, you can do this. You have to buy the new tickets, but you will get refunded if you send the old ones back. Of course that was before the computer ticket readers so maybe it has changed a bit.

Game Day Policies

All customers, above the age of two years old, require a ticket for admission to Iowa State athletics events. If you wish to check the location of seats, click here for facility seating diagrams. The “Will Call” window for the general public is located in the Athletics Ticket Office, north of Gate 5 at Jack Trice Stadium for football and in the Hilton Coliseum Box Office (south of Hilton) for basketball, volleyball, wrestling and gymnastics. Tickets lost, stolen or left at home will be duplicated ONLY for the original ticket purchaser (ID required). The fee for the duplicate tickets is the full face value. If the original tickets are returned to the Athletics Ticket Office unused within the following two weeks of the game, the fee will be reimbursed. Duplicate tickets can be picked up only at “Will Call."

My buddy lost all mine at the first tailgate while delivering them to me, we went to the ticket office and they reprinted the rest of the season for 10 bucks. So tell him to pay the 10 bones, and you are in good shape.

You can also re-print online from home on your own printer. I think there is a $2 per ticket fee though.
