Something I hadn't noticed until today. Are the drips coming from I-State and XII logos at top corners supposed to represent blood, or paint? (or perhaps both?)

Im guessing paint since the JT symbol has that paint look all around it.

But I also like to think it’s the tears of Oklahoma when we beat them twice this year.
