First unread post

when i click into a thread i’ve been following, it never takes me to the first unread post. instead it’ll take me to posts i’ve viewed already over and over. i’m using my phone. am i an idiot (likely) and doing this wrong?

Click the jump to new button if you haven't been in the thread for a while.

I click where is says “User replied # minutes ago”
I click on the “# minutes ago”
That always takes me to the most recent post

I usually start with new posts from the left column, then click on the thread I want to see. Those I’m following have an eye icon I believe.

I don't know for certain but I suspect if you're using incognito mode that it won't remember.
