Finding Profesors for Classes

Fellow ISU students,

I feel slightly embarrased that I don't know the answer to this question considering I will be a senior in the fall, but is there any way to see who your profesors will be for your section other than just viewing your schedule on AccessPlus? Only one of my five classes on AccessPlus shows a name next under "Instructor" on my detailed schedule. For some reason, I feel like most of my ISU friends already know who their instructor will be for a certain sections, so they make sure they sign up for one that doesn't have a crappy professor.

If any incoming freshman knows the answer to this, I will rep you for out ISU student-ing me TIA.

If you are taking some blowoff courses the instructor may not be assigned yet.

Sometimes if you click on the View Complete Textbook List on the Class Schedule page, there will be more professors listed by the class on the Bookstore's page than AccessPlus has. Otherwise, they just haven't been assigned yet. Some departments do that much faster than others, and it's not unusual to not have professors listed yet. Just be patient!

Once you find out who they are. Go to ratemyprofessors.com. I got an A in an Econ class while my friends got C- in theirs just b/c I switched professors due to that site.

I put in absolutely no work as he gave up pretests that he would go over 2 days before the test and then use that pretest as the actual test.

This. I have depended on ratemyprofessors.com when choosing sections. Funny that last semester, one of my professors opened his reviews on rate my professor and started giving his opinions on the reviews :biglaugh:
