I have to go with Clark, but it has nothing to do with what he's done on the court.
When Wayne Morgan left, it would have been very easy for Rahshon to leave Iowa State for a different school. He could have gone to one with a style more suited to his athleticism, one closer to home, or one where he knew some more faces. He could have transferred with one of his teammates, even.
When the decision time came, he stayed. Pure and simple. Rahshon put his school on top, he put the team ahead of himself. He stayed when others fled. It seems that Rahshon puts more value in the name on the front of the jersey than the one on the back. When Rahshon was asked to be the primary defender, he stepped up because his team needed it. When he was forced to take a reduced offensive role because of it, he never once complained in an interview about not getting the ball. The guy is a team player.
Rahshon Clark will probably be the highlight of my time here at Iowa State, ahead of Stinson, Blalock, Homan, Wesley, and Brackins. While his highlight reel jams have got me pumped for Cyclone Basketball on many occasion, his dedication to his team is what puts him on top for me. To me, Rahshon is truly a Cyclone.
