I haven't been able to play any of the CF extras. When I push play on the player, it doesn't do anything. When I hit download, it does download, but then my windows media player fires up and tells me it can't play this type of file. Any ideas?

For the video files, I'd suggest trying to use Apple's QuickTime player as it handles them the best. You can download that by going to apple.com/quicktime and get the free download.
