How did this song get all of the fame? I hear it in every sports bar I go to, and it plays at least twice every time. When did everyone first hear this song?

Long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away.

In all seriousness, I think the final episode of the Sopranos has something to do with it's resurrected popularity.

This obviously isn't the first time, but it is the video I always remember it being on. It was the first song I put on my Ipod.

It was the 2005 White Sox Theme. A.J. played it everyday in the locker room to motivate the team. During the World Series Tyler Perry was in the locker room for every game. During the parade in Chicago, Perry sang it during the rally.

GD, that was an awesome year. I miss the Rowand, Crede, AJ trio.

I told my wife a while ago it would be a good song to play at the end of the 3rd Quarter instead of Sweet Caroline. All of us old people would know it plus it sounds like the young kids are familiar with it know. Might be kind of lame now if it is getting overplayed in the bars.

This isnt sports related, but this song made a big comeback after this scene.

I can't count the number of times when ISU had momentum and that song would come on to start the fourth. What is up with that?

This song should only be played at the end of a game, period.

This. Journey = win.

If you fancy an awesome Journey music vid (and who doesn't?), enjoy Separate Ways:

My favorite Journey video is Faithfully. Guaranteed tears every time I watch that one.

As for playing DSB at the end of the 3rd quarter, the problem is that the chorus doesn't hit until the end so it kind of ends up being a letdown for everyone.
