Are you sure your red is color is right. Visually, it doesn't seem the same.

Can any of our budding computer-assisted artists make an "I" out of a stylized cyclone (tornado) or, second choice, a lightening bolt? Put the resultant I behind the curved State. Wouldn't that make a dynamic logo?
