I was just being sarcastic....I'd still say it.

Wait....you're not my pastor, are you?

I don't think so.

I figured you'd say it anyway. I wonder this a lot. When I did chaplaincy, people would suddenly change how they were saying something just because I was there. I am a pretty violently angry guy, so I'm sure I intimidated them with the power of my presence.:wideeyed::wideeyed::no:

Guys do that at work. Start cussing and then change it like it's different because I'm there. I appreciate not hearing it, but it's not like I don't know what they're thinking anyway.

This always makes me curious. If people wouldn't say something just because I'm around, why would they say it in the first place?

Not judging you, my friend. That just always makes me curious.

But seriously, don't you know the answer to this? I don't think it's much different than lots of people are around authority figures. You (not you personally) probably talk to your friends in a different manner than you talk to you folks. Probably talk to your co-workers in a different way than your boss. It just multiplies when a man of the cloth is involved. Right or wrong, that's kinda the way it is.
