But ISU has to be tens of millions in the red and financed all kinds of projects - most notably the JTS renovations.

If we're getting the sweetest deals from them, that would be why.

IF US Bank is giving us a significantly better deal than any other bank would, I would agree completly. I would consider them a supporter of ISU in this case even if they don't write a check and their concerns about the capital one thing should be considered.
