Creighton match in Wyoming

Hatch didn’t play in the exhibition, assuming she’s injured. Not sure about Greiman.

Duckworth came up limping during the 3-1 win over Wyoming tonight. But looked like maybe just a cramp. Mantz did replace her for the last set though

ISU loses to Wichita St today in a five set match. Wichita was ranked #4 in the AAC preseason poll.

Not a good start to the season with the sweep loss to Creighton and the loss to Wichita. Not sure how much the Hatch injury impacted today's result. Thomas appears to have been a DNP-CD for the weekend unless she is injured as well.

we haven’t recruited well enough. Let’s hope the new hires can mine some new recruiting veins because they need to.

I was unable to watch the first match vs Creighton and didn’t go back to watch since they had lost but was able to watch the next two.
I thought they played well, just still have some kinks to work out. They had the tendency to start slow in the majority of sets but could work their way back. The issue with that many service errors was more than unfortunate and hurt their momentum a lot.
Two freshman that played were very dynamic… looking forward to seeing them improve with their style of play and as teammates.
The Wichita State match was frustrating because it was a match that should have been won and they seemed to hand it to them.
