My fiance and I were going to name our first son Chase Daniel. Chase because of a family history thing and Daniel after one of my best friends who passed away.

Now we are back to the drawing board.

most people would probably think you named your child after a stadium, which is lame.

This is really what I was trying to get a gauge on. In my mind, without a doubt, naming my kid after Jack Trice the man is a good thing. That said, I don't want to bet like the Red Wings fans from a few years ago, however, whose last name is Arena--They did indeed name their kid Joe Louis Arena.
