New Jersey WR Karon Brookins was in town this weekend for his OV, and it looks like the local recruiting experts think he’s about to commit—or at least, really liked his visit. An 8 CB from Busse before he even visited, and a Futurecast just posted from Bill Seals.

A long 6’4”/6’5” wide receiver who can really high point the ball, his sophomore track numbers (6’6” high jump, 11.11 100m) suggest he’s in the athletic mold of recent signees Beni Ngoyi and Dom Overby. Haven’t found ‘24 track results.

I won’t say right now who his video almost reminds me of. See for yourself?

Would seem a perfect complement to Zay Robinson in this class—and the rest of the room.

Currently under the radar, despite offers from WVU and Pitt. That won’t last.

Excellent! This is the first recruit I can ever remember from South Jersey. I don't follow the high schools much anymore after my kids graduated, so know nothing about him, but will try to get to a game of his this fall.

2. "110%": mostly serious, but with a little over-the-top emphasis
