They sorta play differnt rolls dont they? NBA coaches coach the talent, DNBA coaches develop the talent. Nurse could be a good college coach and the only way to get started in the college game is to become an asst.

I would say so. I think a college assistant in the long run has a better chance of becoming a head coach in college and then possibly moving to the NBA. There are just so many opportunities in college basketball for good assistants.

Plus, Nick Nurse has experience in coaching in front of 12000 empty seats, so he should be ready for Hilton next year.
