Nehrem Chiropractor in Grimes is excellent. He has a machine that works on your neck without doing the ordinary cracking of the neck. I don't know about you but I hate it when they crack my neck.

I have two that are friends and both are very good. Steve Koester over by the Target in Urbandale and then Tom Anderson in West Des Moines. Dr. Koester is at 251-3240 and Tom Anderson is at 252-7070

This guy is awesome, he uses the lastest technique out that is gently and effective. It feels so much better than some that are a little too aggressive. Highly recommended!

My neck is absolutely killing me and I've been really avoiding going to a chiropractor b/c of the cracking. PT has not worked

My wife works for Dr. Kyle Krough in Ankeny at Brookfield family Chiropractic.
She used to work for Dr. Tom Shiltz at Airport Chiropractic.

I would recommend both highly.

I've been google-ing these guys and when I did this guy found a raving review from one Jon Miller /jk/ when it comes to ones health I'll take all the reviews I can get no matter who they root for.

I hope you got your problem figured out. I would also recommend Dr. DeRocher in Waukee as he is my older brother. Unfortunately he is a hawk fan but still very good at what he does. If you could have waited a couple months, I will be opening a practce in Norwalk:smile:.

Would you ever not go to someone if they were a hawk fan? I really liked a chiro in the East Village but he wouldn't stop man crushing on Obama during visits so I stopped using him.
