WUTIowa fan here telling you it isn't an impossible game for ISU. Clemson isn't the world beater without the great QB they had.

It's Orlando. I wouldn't go to Orlando if it was in the next county. That’s how I interpreted it also. Three things impacted sales:
1. 30,000 fans traveling to the UNLV game,
2. High expectations for season not reached &
3. Bowl location repeat from just two years ago.
And from what I have heard flights & hotels were not very cheap either.
How many bowl game tickets did the ISU Athletics Department sell this year?
Believe just their one good WR Justin Ross. Think they may have had a player or two enter the transfer portal as well. They have a high draft prospect at Corner believe last name is like Booth or something but haven't heard if he is playing or not.I haven’t paid close attention, did Clemson have any key players opt out of this game?
I didn't know it was possible take a trip that cost more than Disney.i wanted to go, after looking at plane tickets - the trip was going to cost more than when i took my daughter to disney back in February.

At this point no opt outs. As noted by someone else, Ross was out the last few games with a foot injury (and was missing game anyway, and will go to NFL.) One other starter (linebacker) is out due to injury but at this point and a few backups have entered the infamous portal. No real "opt outs" if you will.
VRBO, flights and rental car all HALF the cost *after* January 1!And from what I have heard flights & hotels were not very cheap either.
I've been eagerly awaiting the state of Iowa's invasion here and so far I haven't seen but 3 or 4 Iowa plates and even worse two ere TOE plates.
Damn, after seeing Jirehl Brocks interview I hope he has a ton of success now that its his turn because he's a hell of a kid, and teammate
Extremely unlikely hypothetical: if Jirehl has a monster performance against Clemson, would there be any chance he would consider declaring for the NFL draft as well?
