I still have touble beleving Colorado will be good this year, when you compare the previews of both Colorado and Iowa State, it seems to me that ours is a tad better, but Colorado is picked to have a 6-2 conference record, and we are going to be 4-4. My guess is they are going to have us losing to Iowa in Non-Conference, and Texas, OU, Nebraska, and Colorado in conference. Lots of previews coming oput right now, and with the Big 12 media days, I can barley wait for August 31!!!!

This one kinds of gets to me. Bret Meyer is no where to be found and they have Todd Blythe on 2nd team????????

CFN's reporting has been a little sketchy at best this year. I think he's trying to appeal to the greatest number of fans by giving good reviews to some teams. Honestly, why should Colorado be better than last year, when they lose their quarterback, are learning a completely new system, and they had one of the worst meltdowns I've seen last year toward the end. It's ridiculous really.

CFN is usually wildly inaccurate when ranking teams. You should look at their complete rankings for every team, it'll make you scratch your head where they put some teams. Just about every other ranking prediction has ISU either 1st or 2nd in the North, I like their predictions better.

Also, CFN tends to overrate Missouri year after year since the publication is based in St. Louis (or at least that's what my Missouri buddies tell me).
