Placed my first order through CF Shop over 10 days ago. Received an email that order was received and that shipping email would follow. My card was charged same day I placed the order.
After 10 days of no update I sent email to CF Shop inquiring on status. 24 hours later still no response. Has CF ghosted me? No phone number to call. Just email.
I am guessing this is still a pretty small operation and probably busy with holiday orders. I don’t expect Amazon level of customer service, but something seems off here. Just looking for someone to tell me what’s going on. Ordered a gift for someone for Christmas and I just need to know if its going to get here in time.
