My specific moment would be Donovan Jackson's three from the corner at Allen Fieldhouse, the pic taken from the opposite end-line because you can see Baby Jay already knows it's going in while the ball is still in the air.

And how can we forget this?

This puzzle might be a b***h. All the pieces seem to have the same shape!
The puzzle in my original post is not too bad, but you’re right that there are lots of pieces of nearly the same shape. There is cheater text written on the back of every piece so if you have a question if a placement is correct you can always verify by flipping the piece and surrounding pieces over.

I’ll post a link to where it was purchased as soon as my daughter sends it to me. It’s a very good quality puzzle. I’m very satisfied with it.

I agree, that has potential for off-season CF tournament bracket.

Not “big wins/memorable wins,” but specific moments. Some overlap would apply at times, of course.

Basic guideline, must be able to describe the moment in only a few words or a catch-phrase.

Visuals to accompany would be a bonus. Do we have enough access to photos to make it purely photo-based, not descriptions?

Examples:

The Run
Woody, touchdown, they did it!
Marv Seiler
Niang Kiss
Fizer stuffs it over Mihm
Nader...aaaaaagh!

My favorite part of the DJ picture is NWB in the background, rising up and signalling 3pt with both hands, before the ball even leaves DJ's hands.

Did we ever get an ID on the ISU fan going nuts at the bottom of this photo? If that was me I would have a massive framed copy of this photo hanging above my bar for the rest of time. Legendary.
I was going to ask that also, since he's going to be occupying a spot on my man cave wall for the next couple of decades when the puzzle is done.

Reminds me of one of my favorite college stories from the mid 80s ... A guy on my Friley dorm floor was a huge Nebraska fan. We all sat in a group at the games, and he came to the annual beatdown game vs NU completely hammered, wearing red/white striped overalls and a red clown wig. On every NU score, and there were many, he'd turn and face all the ISU students and cheer loudly. Just about got his ass kicked several times that day because he loved to fight.

Anyway, on the way home some ISU fans stopped and asked him if he wanted a ride home. He jumps in and they drive him about 5 miles out of town and told him to get out. He had to walk back to Friley drunk and decked out in NU wear for all to see. He was so pissed. Thought that was hilarious.
