Jake is done. He has sunk to terrible. So Seneca will start for now.

again, you don't sign a guy for as much money as the Browns did with Jake and not start him. Jake is making a giant salary this year. He's going to be the starter unless Seneca vastly outperforms him in the preseason. I really hope that happens, but the odds are that Jake will be the week 1 starter.

Seneca has made millions and not taken the number of hits required that other "scrubs" have had to take to make less and not last as long...its a perfect gig, longevity - set for life and still be able to walk when he is 50...not a bad deal at all

That is the lottery... Long-term health and relative riches.

Jake will start but he wont be the starter by the end of the season. They will probably add another QB or two by that time too

I sent him a message telling him how much of a ********* he is, and that his "humor" doesn't make any sense

Backup QBs dont stay in the league long unless they have something to offer a team.

Why do some love Jimmy Clausen so much? The one thing that seperates the good QBs from the great ones is the great ones know how to win. Did Clauson show this asset in college? I would say no.

From what I've heard from a guy in the Cleveland organization is that they really like Seneca. I didnt hear anything in detail regarding his chances of starting or playing a lot, but I do know they are very happy to have him in Cleveland.

They also are very high on our other Stater on the team: Ahtyba Rubin on the DL. Again, no word on realistic playing time, but they are impressed with both our ISU guys they have.
