Montego Bay is where Starfish is. If you go to Jamaica, RIU in Negril is absolutely the best. Very good food, service is awesome, and it's in a cove like area where the waves are basically absent. RIU = :notworthy:

Is that near the cove castle? We ate at Kuyaba in Negril the hotel part looked neat and it was right on 7 mile.

Speaking of Brian, our boat took us on a short tour of the beach. I thought this might be were Brian's staying:

Hah, you guys are funny.

Yes we are back in jamaica, I had not seen this thread until just now. We are staying in Negril again, and yes we were just here 6 months ago, but the winter deals were just too good to pass up. I highly suggest this area if anyone needs a break from reality for a week.

Nope the food is great. Less flour on the chicken, but much better taste. They have original (with spices), spciey, or BBQ. I think for a bucket deal it was $1350JA

I saw a place selling red strip for $JA100 today, that is like $1!

I need a break from reality... too bad my only break will be a few days off over Christmas. I'd rather be in Jamaica!

We hit Jamaic shortly after 9/11...Christmas time actually. We scored a great deal on the trip. On the downside the resort was a ghost town and there wasn't much "scenery"...other than blue water and sand.

Most of the scenery is not that great, except for MrsBrianHos. I did see a nice trophy wife topless today, I guess she was showing off the "new" additions to the family.
