Is this place still open in Ames? Absolutely loved their black raspberry flavor, but their Valley West location closed and I can no longer find their pints in Hy-Vee. Do they sell it anywhere else in the Des Moines area?

Damn it. Black raspberry ice cream is a hard flavor to find too, at least without chocolate. Going to miss that stuff.

The triple berry is pretty much black raspberry. Makes all of his stuff from real fruit, and has oddball flavors. Last year he had buttered corn on the cob.
My fave was always Minnesota Mint. Not the funky green mint that other ice cream companies have with chocolate chips in it, just a cool, crisp refreshing mint flavor.
