Who put Dan Beebe in charge of the B12 wrestling tournament?

Thinking of driving up from Houston to Tulsa for the Big 12 championship. I think I know my answer but is there any rally in Tulsa or any spot where ISU fans get together before the actual meets? It would be great to interact with ISU fans. I am sure coaches and wrestlers are busy too but would be nice to see them too.
