When traveling on business, I try to eat a decent amount of salads just to try and not overdue the calories. There is a place in Englewood New Jersey called Cassies. They have something called the Mesclun Salad that you can get plain or with grilled chicken or shrimp. It's great.

Where's Englewood at? If it's anywhere close to Dover/Parsippany/Morris Plains, I might have to check it out the next time I'm out there. As far as restaurants in New Jersey goes, I'm a big fan of Arthur's in Morris Plains - they make their own pickles, pickled tomatoes, pickled peppers, and their own unique coleslaw concoction.

Englewood is just north of Leonia which is about 2 miles due west from the George Washington Bridge. If you know the area you would be more familiar with Fort Lee which is between the GWB and Leonia.

Yep, that's about 30-40 miles plus traffic from where I stay in New Jersey. Guess I won't be making that trip.
