Any unbiased opinions on the officiating? I can't fully trust myself when it comes to the bears..but I feel like if the replacement refs had been making those calls, they would have been picked apart for being so awful.

The last PI on Jeffery was a bush league call IMO. And Shields could have easily been flagged on the long ball to Jeffery on their 2nd to last drive. Other than that the bears O blows....

Packers fan, didn't watch every play, so I can't comment on favoritism, but I saw some pretty bad/missed calls. Bears receiver pulls defender down by facemask, gets wide open and it's defensive pass interference. Packers DB got away with a bad jersey grab on that important pass play at the end.

Edit: I'm betting I was thinking about the Shields one Cycrazy mentioned, just didn't see who it was.

Cowboys fan here, thot the bears got screwed. All 3 on Jeffrey were questionable, mostly the touchdown. The nom-call on Shields and worst the roughing the passer on Peppers. And I should be rooting for the Pack for our playoff position.

As a Vikes fan I agree with this. However, like everyone else has been saying the loss goes to the Bear's offense.

The officiating was bad, but even without the officials there, Im not sure the Bears offense could of done anything to win that game.

As as Bears fan this is sad but true. Even if the Bears win the next two games they are going no where(if they get into the playoffs). Double team Marshall = win for the other team. Bears offense is just so bad.

Regarding Peppers' hit on Rodgers ... there was helmet to helmet conract. Shields got away with a hold. And the Bears still suck.

I agree with that. I didn't think it was likely they would be able to pull it off, was just angry because it didn't seem like they were given the chance to fail.(and they probably would have)

(Vikings fan) I only saw the game when the Vikings game was on commercial but I thought the OPI on the touchdown that got called back was a good call. He definitely pushed off to gain space. Can't speak to the other calls.

Look at this feed for a neutral official's point of view: https://twitter.com/MikePereira

This is the DPI against the Bears in the endzone called by the far referee
Mike Pereira ‏@MikePereira
In CHI. It's definitely pass interference. It's an inside arm grab and the back judge has that responsibility.

Mike Pereira ‏@MikePereira
GB/CHI: Illegal contact should have been OPI. DPI on next play was correct and OPI in endzone is correct.

Roughing the passer call/noncall:
Mike Pereira ‏@MikePereira
GB/CHI game. It's a foul. He hit him in the head. There was helmet to helmet contact. The league wants that called!

Mike Pereira ‏@MikePereira
I do agree it was pass interference for grabbing the jersey in Chicago.

1. It wasn't an inside arm grab it was push off by Finley.

2. Maybe the hands to the face could have been called, but PI should have been called same play and OPI in endzone was BS given what Pack WR's were getting away with.

3. Pepp never contacted the helmet at all. Have seen the replay multiple times from multiple angles there is no contact to head, not late, bad call.

4. don't know which foul. Jeffery got called for another OPI that was bad, then Shields a play or 2 later should have had a DPI called against him that wasn't.

Honestly it doesn't even matter about these calls. GB O line held all day and Bears were called for more holding calls.

Officiating had a clear bias and slant. I could give a F*** what Rhoadhoused thinks

Nope I am honest. I am not the one that has to go to bed every night knowing Jared "The Mullet" Allen plays for my team. I have morals

Clearly you are much more qualified and unbiased than the former VP of NFL Officiating.

Also, I am quite ok rooting for JA as he not only has the most sacks of anyone since 2004, he is also very charitable. He is especially charitable to the Wounded Warriors as seen here: Jared Allen's Homes For Wounded Warriors - Scottsdale, AZ - Non-Profit Organization | Facebook

and in this fun video here: Jared Allen Night Ops Golf - The NOC - YouTube

Also, Jay Cutler is a ********* (who I wish played for Minnesota).

You were serious about Pereira being unbiased? I thought that was a joke. I even wrote it down in my diary. Rhoadhoused had a very funny joke today. Pereira defends officials when possible..not shocking. I don't hold it against him, nor do I care what he thinks.

Bears fans have no room to talk about getting shafted by the officials....Even with those "bad calls" they still had the ball with about 4 minutes to score and have an opportunity to tie it up...Its not like the officials made a call that altered the outcome at the 0:00 mark of the 4th quarter, see the Seattle game

and to make a long story short:

I find 0 solace in watching the bears lose....that is all...
