Has anyone used this or something similar?

I have a rental property that needs help. The shower is very odd...was built as closet but someone changed into a shower. I'm having a hard time finding a shower that will work and keep the area dry/eliminating leaks. I'm having mold issues with drywall because of the leaks.

I would appreciate any input or suggestions.

My parents used this system (or one very similar) in a 30-year old custom-built shower, about 10 years ago. At the time I wondered how it would wear, but so far, I'm impressed. Now that my parents are in their 80's they don't seem to be as meticulous as they used to be when cleaning ... so a couple times a year when I'm home I do a quick once-over with a bath puff and it looks brand new again. I give it two thumbs up.

I'm looking for something that is simple and easily clean. I just got done doing my master bath with tile in the shower and will never do it again.

It is freaking rediculously expensive. I liked it but could not begin to afford it. The bid for our shower (tub and walls only) was 5k.
