Feedback: Banner Problem

I'm not going to say that this is always happening, but that West Cyde Wings banner on the MJ Death thread just grabbed my browser and was refreshing the whole page every time it changed. A little unnerving when I continually couldn't scroll down, until I figured it out--and jumped out of the thread.

Sorry, didn't get back here sooner. IE, and I haven't noticed the problem since. Just thought that other people might.
