Help: Attachment Option

So... some threads I can still attach files to my posts (like this one and Gaming and Groups) but I went to attach a file in the ISU Football forum and the attachment button was not there.

Is this feature being disabled? Or are things just being messed around with right now?

EDIT: I guess the thread I was trying to do it in is Front Page News not ISU Football so that may explain it... but confirmation would still be appreciated

It would just be because it was on the front-page. You shouldn't have any problems in any other forum section.
