any pregrame rituals?

any of you guys have pregame rituals to get the cyclone juices flowin? I know for the brewers when bill hall bats I crank up enter sandman.

i listen to bobby knight's speech while he was an indiana. the one where he just curses out the players. but then again i listen to that before alot of stuff..haha.

I l ike to watch warmups to get my mind in the zone. For basketball, I like to get to the games an hour early to "heckle" the opponents warming up.
